After completing their courses, learners often have strong opinions about what methods and strategies effectively helped them meet their learning objectives and what did not. As eLearning becomes more prevalent in various settings, it is important to develop a way to evaluate its effectiveness.

Design an outline of what you believe is a fair and equitable way to evaluate eLearning in a setting of your choosing, such as a district, higher education institution, corporate setting, or government environment.

Provide advice to someone who is new to developing eLearning courses, and consider the different stakeholders involved in the evaluation process and how their needs and perspectives should be taken into account.
